Re: [Avid-L2] Dead MacBook Pro

 

What year and model of MacBook Pro? I recently had my last gen 17" give out. So, based on my experiences with that I would say to pop the back off and check that the battery is still connected to the motherboard. Another thing could be that there is something wrong with the motherboard and the power circuit on it has fried. Have you tried to boot to Hardware Test and run a long test? It should be holding the D key upon boot.
