On my home system MacPro MId 2012 12 core 2.66GHZ 64GB ram GTX-680 Mac OS 10.12.6 MC 2018.12.1 the activity monitor shows Avid Link using 170% CPU. That seems awful high. My similar work system with 24GB ram on a mid 2010 MacPro upgraded to 12 Core 3.33GHz Radeon 5770 GPU doesn't show that much CPU for Avid Link. It's showing this while I'm background traqnscoding. Seems like it could be sucking up way more CPU than I think it should. What's Avid link doing to use that much CPU?John Moore Barking Trout Productions Studio City, CA bigfish@pacbell.net
