I have step by field mapped to my Avid keyboard. I haven't found an equivalent in other software but I haven't looked very hard. Does Resolve, Premiere, FXP X or any other edit software allow examining field by field. I would think I could do it in After Effects but haven't tried. I've been told by an AE expert he has to play a game with the composition timeline to make it 59.94 frames per second and then in the end tell it to be 29.97i or some such trick. Curious how I can properly examine field and motion artifacts in software the won't step by field.
