Won't help here since we are out of the plan but with fully paid licenses up to 2018.5 on a Mac 10.11.5 system - won't give us the option to select "other" as described in the before posted link. Maybe Marianna can chime in here: do we need a current and running plan to do the dongle updates?

I had already done the blast on a system running OS X 10.11.6. But when I tried setting up a fresh 10.13.x system I was having issues getting the extensions for Sentinel and Nexis to authorize. So I wiped the drive, installed 10.11.x and all the needed software and got MC and Nexis working. Then I upgraded to 10.12.6 and made sure it was all working. Then upgraded to 10..13.x and boom, it was all working.
