Mac; OS10.12.6; MC2018.2
In _all_ Modes I get the following behavior:
1. Apply 'Blue Haze' CC Preset (and the segment remains selected or is then selected with Segment Mode).
2. Double-click in Effect Palette to apply 'Blue Steel' CC Preset on top of (replacing) the Blue Haze.
3. Result is that it actually displays what could be called 'minus blue.'
4. Removing it entirely, and reapplying to a different segment, it still displays as 'minus blue.'
5. After several removals and reapplications, it then behaves as advertised.
– If I do the same as above, but drag/drop the 'Blue Steel' it behaves correctly.
– I also checked to see if for some reason the new setting "Applying Effect opens Effect Editor" had any impact. It did not.
– I haven't experimented with any other CC Presets due to time constraints.
