IIRC if you refresh the sequence color adapters the transforms might be updated correctly. In the past I know that worked on some projects in offline. My memory is sketchy but I think the pattern of behavior we saw was that the original clip in the multigroup clip would get the color transform but when they then switched angles inside the multigroup clip the other angles didn't get the color transforms applied to the original source clips until we refreshed the color adapters by right clicking the sequence. Seemed like a bug that I don't know ever got corrected. This was back in the 8.4.X or 8.5.X days.
