You can just use the activation codes in Application Manager, while keeping your MC licenses on the dongle.
If you prefer to move the Symhony licenses to dongles (as I did), you should email Raff Condalor <raff.condalor@avid.com> or Marianna Montague <marianna.montague@avid.com> with your Dongle serial and Sys ID and Symph Activation code (don't post these here though!) plus your Avid Master Account login name, and they can make this happen for you. Essentially, they will use the activation code to generate a dongle updater for you.
