In the PBS tech spec it says
Drop-Frame time-code per SMPTE EG-40:2002 must be present on VITC line 9 of the HANC and LTC on line 10of the HANC of HDCAM submissions.
I can’t find anything anywhere that says whether this is presettable on an HDCAM or SR deck..
I can find VANC.. but HANC?
And how?!
