We have a CRU DataPort drive enclosure that is powered by that type of connection. From info on the Weihai Power Electronics switching adaptor I looked this up:
http://productspec.ul.com/document.php?id=QQGQ.E306708
Model # on ours is SW34-1202A02-S5 - from further searching I suspect that the last two characters of the model # (S5) do not implicate functionality (maybe indicate manufacturing date/run/location?).
Input 100-240V AC, Output (to enclosure) +12V/+5V, +2A/+2A
Hope this helps.

Good People of the L,I'm in urgent need of an older power supply for some archival G-Techs I need to spin up (if they will). I've attached a photo of the specific port because I have no idea what it's called. Can any one tell me where a source for this kind of thing might be?Many thanks,DD
