I have version 8.8.5 on my Win 10 computer. It has a dongle. I've had it for years. Now by trial and error, I've discovered that I can't just start Composer from the desktop icon.
I must first start the App Manager and make sure it's connected and then start it from the App manager... I forgot (old man in a hurry) to do it today and Composer shut down on me!!
I know they are concerned about keeping tabs on the customers, but this additional stuff is irritating. Instead of making me figure it out, I would have liked an email to help out with the change.
Ah, well. I'm just renting the software, really. Something else to get used to.
