Hello,I'm using the latest version of Avid (8.4) and been trying to transcode using background rendering, but it fails and an error message says it is unable to provide sample. I can transcode without it running on the background, but then I can't do other work in Avid while this happens.Thoughts on how I can solve this?- background services are running- drives are formatted correctly- everything AMA linked plays fine- tried transcoding to both DNxHD and DNxHR (both failed)- frame rate is the same as project frame rate
