Are you in Multicam mode 《cmd》 《shift》 《M》 ?
If sources stutter, your resolution is toi heavy for 6-cam real time on your system, and you may need to transcode all sources to low rez to do real time.
I am a big fan of ENHANCED DEFINITION: Wide Screen SD (like 480p 16:9 DVDs).
I do real time switches in that mode, then switch to HD and later cinfrm the sequnce back to source clips automatically once the cuts are near final.

Hi
Im doing some mulitcam editing which I almost never do. I have the six cameras in the source monitor and my sequence runs fine. But I was hoping to do live switching and the source clips don't update in real time as the sequence plays. Actually I have to stop the sequence and match back to get the 6 cameras to update. What do I need to do so I can see the cameras all playing in real time? MC 8.6.5, thunderbolt raids.thanksLou
