Hi Dave,
Yes, I've got the USA19HS on a couple of other machines and could (will probably have to) go that route again. But the beauty of the Addenda cable was that it goes straight from USB to the deck's RS422 port, nuthin' else needed.
Given your hint, I wondered if the Addenda drivers were also available now on the tripplite site... but apparently they aren't. Couldn't find 'em anyway....
(And come to think of it, if Addenda is out of business, where do we get Rosetta stones from now on?)
Thanks,

Here's what I use now - https://www.tripplite.com/keyspan-high-speed-usb-to-serial-adapter~USA19HS/
I think if you burrow down you might find the driver you need.

Subject: [Avid-L2] Addenda USB/4 driver
Addenda seems to be out of business; website is gone.
Find myself needing the OSX driver for their USB/4 cable -- USB
to RS422 cable. (CD that came with the cable no longer readable)
Any chance a fellow Avid-L'er has driver installer, and could
send me a .zip file of it?
TIA
