Sometimes it will be a blend of two frames. The worst example was in the middle of a countdown made with title tool, the number 8 had one frame of number 7 about 10 frames in. I don't even know how you pull one frame from a following title. Rerendering usually makes it go away, but sometimes it pops up elsewhere in the shot.
