Seeking collective L wisdom,
Newbie with online activation of anything Avid.I am on a dongle running MC 7.5
Trying to link to some .mts file, message popped up about needing a free AC-3 activation. (See 1st attachment)Files came in, but no audio.Attempting to follow instructions to activate AC-3 resulted in getting to the next attachment asking for Sys ID and Activation ID.This was after telling me to go to a computer with internet access even tho my edit system as internet access.I have the Sys ID just need the Activation ID! How do I get it??

PS. Will I need to relink to the files once AC3 is activate or will the audio just magically appear?
