Not sure about $ rates, but I do know about data rates. I would suggest getting fibre or VVDSL, and get it done in an hour...

I got a call from a production company requesting to use our bandwidth to download a very large file. The 55GB ProRes file would take approximately 12 hours to download. I've not had this request before. Is there a going rate for this kind of thing in the San Diego/SoCal region?
