[Avid-L2] Re: Where to get non Sierra MacPros

 

I always forget the exact steps to download a new mac OS but not install it.  If I click to download the new OS and leave in downloading it doesn't automatically install once the download is complete IIRC. 

I remember that once downloaded I need to either move or copy the installer from the applications folder so if and when I do install it the installer isn't automatically deleted during the installation process.

Bottom line I just want to confirm that clicking to download and leaving it unsupervised after that won't result in the OS being updated automatically.
