Upthread, I made mention of MC not being able to launch after installing Fusion Connect 8.2 Free. Somehow my licensing got messed up immediately after installing. however since I also updated Application Manager with 24 hours of that happening, I cannot say for sure which caused the issues. Anyway, with help from Avid support I got it sorted out pretty quickly.

It is impossible to know if, or when, they will somehow close the door on this interoperability. However, I say enjoy it while it lasts. Fusion is a powerful bolt-on for Media Composer.
