Hi all, running 9.0 on media composer 8.4. layer 2 PIP/BCC BLUR DISSOLVE/PIP. Layer 1, video background. I want video background to stay in focus and the blur dissolve to only effect the transition between PIP, currently all gets blurred in the dissolve. I looked for the old effect this layer, first layer, etc. but not available in this effect. I tied moving the effect up to video layer 3, no change. Any help?
