Apple's developer's conference in mid June usually sees some new product announcements. That might be a good time to announce (though perhaps not ship) new Mac Pro computers....perhaps with the new/upcoming GPUs from AMD or Nvidia...
The Macrumors buyers guide does OK with predicting when new Macs might come out:
