iTunes. Set Import Settings to AIFF, 24-bit/48kHz, load your tracks, then right-click Make AIFF Version. All done in one batch, and fairly seamless. iTunes still runs on PC yea?

If it runs in audition it *probably* use the same conversion engine as
media encoder, so it would be probably the same result one would get
from doing it in AME.
