I'm going to let you slide Dave as you don't color correct all day. It is not better than roundtripping as you are doing a roundtrip with every shot. Might as well do it once with the whole show and be in a better workspace like Resolve.
What do you lose with Baselight plugin? Ability to easily compare with other shots in the timeline. Color Correction is not an island, it is integrated throughout a show. And of course the Symphony Source Side correction which is a HUUUUUGE (sorry Bernie) timesaver.
