I learnt the hard way - 32 years of 15-18 hr days then a huge film of crazy with 2 and 3 day straights. Quadruple bypass stopped that.
Wasn't even a scheduling problem I just never knew when to stop as I was having way too much fun. Until the heart surgery, turns out getting to the heart is tricky and kind of invasive.
That was 5 years ago since then I opened a new post house and am just about to open another one - I had discussed retiring but the opportunity to open this one is too exciting - I guess I just never learn :)
