You can add NewBlue without the Application Manager. Log in on avid.com and find your MC license in My Products. Tick down the application downloads and it should be there, available to download and install without the "help" of the Application Manager.

What caches do you clear out and where does one find these caches? I think I need to augment my trouble shooting with cache cleaning as I've never knowingly cleaned my caches. I'm also a bit Plist challanged too. ;-)

Did the usual, shutdown AvidAppManHelper and cleared the cache files, to no avail. Still App Manager won't connect. There are numerous posts about this in the Avid Editors of Facebook page as well. Per a post from Billy Wood, after contact with AVID tech support it's apparently an issue with their servers.Marianna has also been made aware, but is dealing with a personal emergency (dad broke his arm). I'm sure we'll get an update soon.Dave HoganBurbank, CAOn Sunday, February 14, 2016 6:23 PM, "bigfish@... I did that and it seems to have connected correctly to the account.
