[Avid-L2] Re: Application Manager issues?

 

Hello Marianna and Avid L2 listers,

Been a member of the list for a couple years and quietly enjoyed all the wonderful tips and advice everyone offers regularly, so first off thank you everyone for this amazing list, it truly is a god send!  With regards to the Application Manager issue, I resubscribed to Avid in December of last year and I've been experiencing this same issue ever since with the constantly circling "Account tab initializing".  I've back and forth with tech support about this and even had my case agent remote in to my system to try to resolve it, nothing has worked yet and I've been having to reinstall Avid once a month so I can continue using the trial period.  I've tried everything I could think of to correct this issue (disabling firewalls/virus protection, reintstalling the entire program suite, upgrading to the newest version to see if it was a Windows 10 compatibility issue) with no luck as of yet.  If anyone has any further suggestions I'd love to hear them, and I'm happy to have now ended my lurking days ;)
