With all the hoops jumping I've had to do with Premiere lately, it's one of my favorite features of Avid.

Just a quick note to thank the Avid team for backwards compatibility. This morning I had a MacPro running MC 8.4.4 fail to boot. (Turns out the AJA IO Express was hung up somehow and prevented the Mac from booting,) We had a client coming in so we transferred the project from a backup over to another suite still running MC 7 and I was pleasantly surprised (shocked actually) that it opened up and worked without any problems.
