If they were transcoded via ama to DNX and no tape names were added along the way it should be easy to ama link back to the original 5K Camera Raw. With all the Camera Raw clips in a bin highlight all the clips. Make a duplicate of your offline sequence just to be safe then take the dup sequence right click and relink choosing the selected clips in open bins. Sometimes you need to play with the media from other projects checkbox and might have to change the setting of only media that matches current project type to any HD format. If the ama was correctly done before the original transcode to DNX it should work painlessly. It has for me with Sony F55 4K footage.
