A few weeks ago I renewed support for our three Media Composers through a reseller (Keycode in LA) but I'm not clear on how to access the software. I've clicked all around on our Avid Support account but I'm not seeing anything that looks like a support renewal or any way to download current MC software. Any advice from those who've already gone through this? The easiest way of course would be to get Marianna involved but I'm trying not to bother her if possible.
