Hi,
have you try to set your write permission on your hard drive after the OS upgrade ?
have you try to create title on your local drive ? (without filter on media creation for this test)
Sometimes, a OS upgrade close the write permission on drives
Sorry for my bad english

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't work. I was able to create and save tone media fine though.

Had to take a media files folder form elsewhere and copy it onto the storage to get it working. Database files and all before it would recognize it as a media drive. (Just creating the directory by hand would not work).I'd rename the local media files folder, import something small or generate tone to the local HD then copy this media directory onto the storage giving you issues. Might be worth a shot.
