My resellers fix was to delete the ilok license manager folder fro c:program files (x86), and delete ilok shortcuts. That worked for 8.3.1

I am still randomly getting this same error on 8.4. If I ignore the prompt and open the project I am not able to see audio levels on the audio mixer tool. I've had to uninstall and reinstall Ilok (reboot as well) to get past this but, as I said, the error has recurred.
