I had the exact same issue, remedied in the same way. I saw an update for a new App Manager last night, but in trying it today it's still not recognizing my support contract as up-to-date.
Back to the temporary license.

but I'm here to let you know that after an hour on hold, and 15 minutes with the support rep (who was fast and courteous), it seems that whatever caused this is a known licensing issue on their end. She gave me a 30 day temp license, so I'm back up and running. She said she'd be in touch with the final resolution as soon as it becomes available.
