I tried Terry's suggestion below about the privacy and security settings and that got me part way there. But I still wasn't able to run a complete uninstall using the Avid uninstaller.
Was it warm and fuzzy like after an OKI Dog?
Heh heh. Actually, I was more relieved than anything else - I normally edit on a Mac Pro (tube), but I needed the laptop upgrade to go well for a presentation I am doing next week.
