Turning to the L-2 for this quandary:
I'm working on a multicam interview sequence (Canon 5D - 3 angles - double-system sound). I've strung together the cameras and sound into one sequence and synced via PluralEyes. The double-system audio track runs as a single clip throughout the entire interview. The three cameras are broken into multiple clips throughout. What I would like to do is take each camera track, make a subsequence and turn the subsequence into a subclip (via AutoSync) for a simple multicam switch. This is a workflow that I've followed in the past. Today I've hit a snag. After I make a subsequence of Camera1 and drag it to a bin, when I try to use AutoSync to make a subclip, it gives me the error "A sequence with more than one edit has been detected." Just last week in this same project I used the same workflow, including subsequences with multiple edits, and it worked fine. Any gaps in between the edited clips would become black in the subclip. Any idea why I would be getting this error and/or how to remedy? Thanks in advance!
