If you link via AMA and it then shows as Media Offline, then there is likely some character Avid does not like in the path to the file, or it's being linked via the wrong AMA plugin. Otherwise, it definitely works. Maybe on your system, toggling alldrives would be another thing to test. On our network of macs, don't know the protocol but my macbook pro just works when I plug it in there is a mac server and when I ama to .movs on that I get a clip but it shows as media offline when I load it. Same file on my desktop works fine. Perhaps I am seeing similar results to Nigel?
