Re: [Avid-L2] reveal bin in project

If you know the name of the bin, you could also search for it on your hard drive, and see where it sits in your folder hierarchy.

If you can't find it in the project window because you have lots of folders etc, put the project in Flat View (in the project drop down menu) and you should see it.  If you want to find it at the windows level, right click the bin icon in the project window and choose "reveal file" and it will open up the explorer level location of the bin - same as revealing an .mxf file in a bin.  In 8.3 you can filter the bins which is really useful for this sort of thing.

Subject: [Avid-L2] reveal bin in project

Is there a way to reveal a bin in the project. have a huge project and somehow bin is not in there. I can match back to it and see it opened, but not in project.
