Do the clips show up in Media Tool?
If they do, select all and select your sequence, then relink.
What do you mean by "renamed the Avid MediaFiles folder"?
When you deleted you mdb files, did they rebuild? Did you do that for
all the individual media folders? Have you tried dragging the mdb files
to an empty bin?
You said that "most" of your media is offline. Is that part that is on
line on the same media drive as the offline? Same media folder?
