No suggestions that answer your question I'm afraid, but have you tried offering your clients MP4s? All of my clients are very happy to receive MP4s these days where they used to ask for WMVs in the past.
Good suggestion,Tone. FYI One of my clients, a very, very large corporation, is slow to update its Windows OS and WMP, and still can't stomach MP4s, which newer versions of WMP like just fine.
