Delete the "Waveform Cache" folder from the project folder?

I know that a new feature in version 7 is waveform caching for the timeline.
Sometimes these waveforms are wrong.
(waveform shows audio starting at 10 seconds in - but it starts at 5 seconds - that kind of thing)
How do you reset these?
Or force a re-cache?
