I don't think there is a chart. In general, with AJA you want to be on the latest supported by your OS. The AJA documentation tells you what OS and Avid software the open IO package supports. I think the latest supports anything you are likely using.
For Blackmagic, it's trickier, because they are constantly breaking Avid support and the best version is often not the latest.
