On Hold usually means the original license was not bought on the Store so we have no idea ( this last time :)) where you got it, what it is and if it is registered. So when you buy the plan and tie a license too it, we need to verify that you a. registered it and b. you own it and c. it is a legit system ID.
If the license was bought on the store we know all that stuff so normally the system ID(s) would be accessible via a ill down menu.
Anyone in a punch who is still On Hold can email me along with your master account email and I can expedite it.
