Just bought two activations. Had to do it through my company - though the dongles were bought by me as an individual years ago. Got the updates show up in my cie account, could update both dongles, get a download link to 8.3 and download the updaters. Now my dongles are up to 8.0. And both won't run 8.3...
Is that because the year of support we just bought needs to be validated by Avid?
