I just wanted to let everyone know what we already know; Marianna is the Absolute Best. I upgraded recently and had some issues activating that I could not resolve through the regular paths. I send Marianna an email and figured she would get back to me after the new year and I would use MC6.5 until then. She replied right away and was able to resolve everything. Although I was a bit concerned when she said she deactivated my MC 6.5, since today I'm working in Times Square for the major 23 camera New Years Eve Production and I need a working Avid. But MC 8.3 is now running and all seems to be good.
Just to repeat, Marianna is the best.
