If "The Fanatic Religious Hipsters" works I want a full album with poster and a cup.
I understand and I my girlfriend agree with the learning curve. I think FCPX remix a lot of great tools from others nle, but need a lot of time to be probe and tested in heavly real environments to say it could be another choice in the industry.
Sorry for be mad.

I have probably been doing this a lot longer than you (I have 3 grandkids). What I am stating is fact from what I can observe outside the traditional Avid strongholds. I made a lot of money freelancing on MC and DS. I can't anymore because there are no more suites to rent (and, sadly, there is no more DS). They went FCP7 and now PP. That's a fact, not fanaticism. I beta-tested DS and MC for several years. Don't do that anymore because there is just not enough work to stay sharp on MC. That's a fact, not fanaticism. I teach kids your girlfriends age and they take to FCPX much faster than anything else I have seen or taught. That's a fact, not fanaticism.I am not here to sell X....hell, to this crowd? :-) Nor am I an Apple employee or a fan-boy just because I have a .mac email. I am just an old(er) editor who has seen the value of never locking oneself to one place or tool. There are good spirited conversations on this forum and every one has an opinion. My postings above are simply my observations and opinions based on those observations. And now I am off to a gig, editing on.....FCP7. And so it goes....However am intrigued at what a religious hipster is! :-) Been called a lot of names, but never that! That may be my next band name: The Fanatic Religious Hipsterssw---In Avid-L2@yahoogroups.com, <dario.caamano@...> wrote :what's the point of your discussion?what are you going to say from a @mac.com, that MC is better?Of course not, probably you will get fired. So, this is your plan of sell FCPX in an Avid forum? We are not natives buying colored mirrors.I hate fanaticism.I don't work for AVID and I'm not a fanatic. I pay for my MC w/symphony after using a lot of other tools. And in my experience MC tech me the weight of a frame. My 23 years old girlfriend used FCPX too (and she is a mac fan), and then used MC, and now she's cutting on Avid. The only negative point she gave is the learning curve. But your pov its a kids argument. Use this because its a new toy and goes againts the olders. are you a fanatic relegious hipster or something?Dario (sorry for my poor english, it's worse when I get mad by kids)On Mon, Aug 18, 2014 at 12:47 PM, switthaus@...
