Typically, when I get an offline edit, I'll print out a sequence report to see the source paths, so I know what drives and folders to mount, to transcode camera files to DNxHD and to my array. I'm currently working on a 2K Alexa project, and media is transcoded to DNxHD 36 for offline, and the sound files auto synced. When the offline editor gave me a test sequence, I discovered the sequence report generated said "No Imported Clips", however, in the bin I can see the import path and original file name. I'm wondering if it's a bug when the editor is working with auto synced subclips. I can get the information I need from the bin, but it's strange that the sequence report doesn't work. Has anyone else run into this?
We are transcoding and LUTing the dailies with Alexicc 4, as Media Composer 7 takes twice as long to transcode.
