[Avid-L2] An effects rendering conundrum... [1 Attachment]

Mac Composer w/ Symphony 7.0.3

Any thoughts as to why renders (after being rendered from the timeline) are not being recognized as actually having been rendered? I'll do the render, watch the progress bar and still have green dots.  Upon closing and re-opening the sequence, they register as rendered.  While this works, it's a bit of a PITA.
