Fuji has a box (IS Mini) that helps match one monitor to another, even if one is a consumer set and another is a reference monitor. They won't be identical but they'll be as close as their properties will allow.

My understanding is that you cannot have a monitor calibrated for viewing accurately both video and graphics (RGB) at the same time. They requirement to get an accurate representation of the respective "spaces" is very different : 100 cd/m^2 for video, 300 cd/m^2 for RGB.
