I was just testing 'Collaborate' from digital rebellion. One of the advantages for me is you can use it on your own server if you want to, or in the clowd. You can Synchronize the review comments with avid/fcp/premiere markerlists. Looks promissing. Anyone on the list that is allready using it?
They also make some nice and handy apps/programs to add to your editing workflow.
