[Avid-L2] Subscription Licensing Questions

The FAQs are good, but still leave me with at least two questions about the new subscriptions:

1) Videoguys is showing a "buy now" button for the subscription, but no one else is, including Avid. Is the subscription actually available?

2) The FAQ says a subscription is per machine but does not indicate whether it can be moved by deactivating and activating elsewhere as must subscriptions can. It's not bound to the machine is it? Literally binding a subscription to a machine was a fiasco for Microsoft.
