"New market positioning "Avid everywhere" is just a nice story, but I don't see real products and solutions behind it."
Seems that there are others who have doubts about there being actual product development behind the story. Of course, he's only a salesperson. Oh wait, this is the person who has to motivate others to buy. I've been there. Very hard to sell something when one has doubts about real products ever coming to market in a reasonable time. And, practically, how does one earn a commission -- most of what you'll earn each year -- telling a "story" to prospects? Just like customers, sales folk need actual products to sell that will be delivered in the quarter booked. Very different than those who earn a salary no matter company profits.
Speaking of profits, has the late report been published? One has to wonder what the actual data show.
