A bit of a weird one. We have a Mac Pro (OS 10.7.5) running MC 6.5.4 connected to an ISIS 5000. Some 1080i/50 clips had been captured to a workspace by a different Mac. On the problem machine, if we editied with the DNxHD85 clips and tried to create any new DNxHD85 media (title, video mixdown etc), choosing our ISIS workspace, the Avid would lock up, requiring a force quit. I've now added that resolution to the Disabledres file and will install a later version shortly but I wondered if anyone had come across anything similar? No problem with other resolutions.
